Problem & context
A US-based college needed a production Student Information System to run its academic and administrative operations. I architected and lead ongoing development as the primary full-stack engineer on this live international client engagement.
The SIS spans eight core domains — Academics, Admissions, Externships, Digital Signatures and more — each built as a modular CRUD architecture so domains evolve independently without destabilizing the rest of the system.
MongoDB aggregation pipelines power the reporting and cross-domain views, while a DocuSeal integration provides audit-logged eSignature workflows for documents that require a compliance trail.
The platform ships through CI/CD across isolated staging and production environments, with automated email pipelines handling onboarding and reporting so administrative work happens without manual intervention.
